Q + A

Can we still attend the wedding if we missed the room block?

Yes! If you missed the room block, you can still attend the wedding. Please contact the Bride or Groom for booking details. All guests must stay at the resort and book an all-inclusive room to attend.

How long are the Winkfields staying?

We’ll be arriving on Thursday, July 10th, and staying until Tuesday, July 15th, 2025. Guests will arrive between July 10th and July 12th. We have a few fun activities planned to bring everyone together!

What is the weather like in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico in July?

July marks the start of the rainy season in Mexico, so there’s a chance of rain during our stay. We recommend packing accordingly, and we’ll provide umbrellas for guests upon arrival if needed. Rest assured, the wedding itself will be held indoors.

What is included in the all-inclusive package?

The all-inclusive plan includes dining at Aquazul Beach Bar & Lounge, BocaDos Steakhouse, and Blanca Blue Restaurant (Innovative Mexican Cuisine) for dinner—reservations are recommended for faster seating. Beverage options include vodka, whiskey, tequila, house brands, soft drinks, juices, mineral water, and national beers like Corona, Pacifico, and Modelo. House wines and premium liquors are also included. Room service is available from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

Are excursions included in the all-inclusive package?

Children's activities are included in the resort's all-inclusive stay. Adults can enjoy kayaking tours, snorkeling, hiking tours, and paddleboard lessons at no extra cost. Tequila tasting ($95 per person) and wine tasting are available for an additional fee. For wine tasting rates and excursion sign-ups, please check with the hotel concierge upon arrival.

Is the resort's water safe for brushing teeth or drinking?

Although the resort has a water filtration plant providing clean water, we recommend using bottled water for drinking and brushing your teeth.

What is the dress code for the Wedding Day?

Our wedding day will be all-black formal, with black tie optional—dress to impress! We want this to be an unforgettable celebration, so wear something you feel comfortable and confident in, ready to dance all night. For women, think black cocktail dresses, and for men, a suit. We can't wait to celebrate with you and see everyone looking their best!

Where are you registered for wedding gifts?

While we truly appreciate your thoughtfulness in wanting to give us a wedding gift, it is not required. However, if you'd like to give a gift, our registry is available on the registry page of our wedding website.
